I was recently at Seattle’s Northwest Folklife Music Festival and I came across a beautiful photograph. The image was of a few bowls of Indian pigments. They were simple primary colors yet so brilliant. I hope to create something with these colors one day. Do we need to travel the world to source exotic color combinations? Well, it’s fun and it works. But if you’re on a deadline, living on a small footprint, or simply looking for an alternative you could try “Kuler”.
